夫婦二人の暮らしに寄り添う、木造平屋住宅。周囲の街並みに馴染む落ち着いた佇まいとしながら、切妻屋根と深い軒、木製建具が印象的な外観をつくった。勾配天井を活かした開放的なLDKは小上がりの畳スペースと緩やかに繋がり心地よい時間を生み出す。夫婦が時間をかけて選んだ家具や雑貨が自然に馴染み、素材の質感を楽しめる穏やかな空間となった。
A single-story wooden house designed around the lifestyle of a couple. While its calm presence harmonizes with the surrounding neighborhood, the gabled roof, deep eaves, and wooden joinery create a distinctive exterior character. Inside, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area takes advantage of the sloped ceiling and flows gently into a raised tatami space, creating a comfortable setting for everyday life. Furniture and objects carefully selected by the couple over time blend naturally into the interior, creating a serene space where the textures and warmth of the materials can be fully appreciated.
