前面道路から見える建物のボリュームは小さくし、緑の中にひっそりと佇む山小屋の様な住宅を目指した。広い庭を囲むように設計したことで、住宅地でありながらも日々の忙しさを忘れられるようなプライベート空間になった。
室内では梁や天井の質感から木のあたたかさを感じ、大きな窓から庭を眺めながら季節の移ろいを楽しんでほしい。
The volume visible from the street was kept deliberately modest, with the aim of creating a residence that quietly nestles within the surrounding greenery, reminiscent of a secluded mountain cabin. Organized around a generous garden, the house creates a private retreat where the pace and distractions of everyday life in a residential neighborhood can momentarily recede.
Inside, exposed beams and textured ceilings bring a sense of warmth and tactility to the space. Large windows frame views of the garden, inviting the residents to experience the changing seasons from within the comfort of the home.
