築90年の蔵を曳家工事で移動し住宅にリノベーション。
現代では珍しくなってしまった梁組や柱などの構造材を意匠として見せたり、建築当時から使用されてきた建具を再利用することで、蔵の面影を残しつつ住宅としての機能も満たすことが出来るよう配慮した。
A warehouse was transformed and renovated into a house. BAUM decided to show structural materials such as beams and columns to stress the importance of the heritage and to adhere at the functional requirements of a housing.
